How to use Soy Sauce - Steamed Chicken with Sesame Dressing

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast
  • 250ml Wok n Roll sushi vinegar
  • 125ml Wok n Roll soy sauce
  • 30ml rice vinegar
  • 110 tahini
  • Chilli paste, minced garlic (optional)

Method

Cook chicken breast in a steamer. Put other ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. To serve place cooked chicken over a plate of salad and pour sauce on top.

How to use Cooking Sake - Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp of raw sugar
  • 100ml Wok n Roll Cooking Sake
  • 120ml Wok n Roll Teriyaki Sauce
  • Cooking Oil
  • Crushed Ginger (optional)

Method

Medium cook the salmon on both sides. Add sugar and Wok n Roll Cooking Sake. Once sugar has dissolved, add Wok and Roll Teriyaki Sauce. Keep on medium heat until sauce has boiled. Simmer until sauce becomes thick.

How to use Sushi Vinegar - Sushi Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of raw short grain rice
  • 3.3 cups of water
  • 200ml Wok n Roll sushi vinegar

Method

Wash rice and drain. Soak rice and water in rice cooker for 30 minutes, then cook. Immediately place hot rice into a bowl and pour Wok n Roll Sushi Vinegar on top. Whilst gently stirring the rice, use your other hand or a fan to cool. Once the rice is cool and glossy, cover with a damp clean cloth until needed.

How to use Teriyaki Sauce - Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Fillets
  • 1tbsp raw sugar
  • 100ml Wok n Roll Cooking Sake
  • 120ml Wok n Roll Teriyaki Sauce
  • Cooking Oil

Method

Cook chicken on both sides in oil until golden brown. Add sugar and Wok n Roll Cooking Sake. Once sugar has dissolved, add Wok n Roll Teriyaki sauce. Keep on high heat until sauce has boiled. Simmer until sauce becomes thick.
